John and Richard Glielmi possess over 70 years of combined experience in the construction management and general contracting field. They have both experienced firsthand, all of the tasks required to execute large scale major renovations and new construction projects on time and within budget. John has been in the construction field for over 30 plus years. He has a degree from NYU in Construction / Project Management and Business Management. His career began in the early 1980s where he was the superintendent for a large general contracting firm responsible for overseeing major renovations and new construction for various clients, i.e.
Another project for a long time client, Morris Heights Health Center, located on Walton Ave in the BX. HCMC subs carrying out the finishes as we wrap up phase 2 of 4 for this project.
At HCMC we perform our own in-house carpentry with our company Tri-Force Carpentry, LLC. Tri-force handles all light gauge metal framing, drywall, insulation, taping, etc. See pictures below for our current project, a 120,000 SF new construction of a Bristal Assisted Living Center located in Somerset, New Jersey!
