As your designer, we will create a master plan that represents you or your clients' expectations and our suggestions. A computer 3D model will be generated reflecting the proposed project to be considered. These will then be placed into a complete set of construction drawings ready for the Department of Buildings' approval and for tender with subcontractors. We will handle all expediting of building applications, and will complete this phase of the project with a project budget. In accordance with plans, and contract documents, GEC Design Group your General Contractor will oversee every aspect, provide and control the labor, material, and equipment to accomplish your project.
