Ross Tretsven, the Owner of Norway Builders Inc., began his career in construction as an 18 year old apprentice carpenter. After working full time for 2 years he went to school at the University of Minnesota where he earned a 4 year degree in Business Administration. After graduating he worked as a lead carpenter and also built and sold his own house and cabin. In 1988 he started Tretsven Construction and began subcontracting Carpentry Framing and Finishing.
