Beware the details! We hired Window Geeks in February (installed late June) to replace most of the windows on our home. If you go with this company be sure to detail every expectation in writing as the simple fact that the frames they put on the exterior didn’t match the windows seems to be something they consider acceptable even though that was not the expectation set. There were also multiple examples that were pointed out regarding the installation that were sloppy at best with seams that didn't match up, to expsosed raw/sharp alluminum. Their response was that “you couldn’t notice it from the street”. That general attitude makes me seriously concerned about the installation overall because if they are only interested in what it looks like from the street I wonder how well the installation was done in areas I really can’t see (and matter).
This all came to a head when they came back to the house today to discuss “options”. There was no intention of providing “options”. It was just Window Geeks, the manufacture, and the installer trying to railroad me into being satisfied so they could save the money to fix the multiple issues. The only solution they finally came up with was either painting the existing frames they installed (I use the term frame loosely) or have them redone completely. Imagine my shock when they said that would be something I had to pay for!? When I asked the owner himself why I would need to pay his response was that he “wasn’t in the room when the salesperson explained the expectations so he didn’t think he should need to live up to them”. The other salesperson simply said “they can’t afford to fix it because I got a good deal” even though it was clear she knew it didn’t meet expectations. Regarding the install itself the installer said it looked "great!" I'll let you be the judge with pic provided where seams do even come close to lining up. Happy to provide more.
Seems little at this point as we now have expensive windows that look like crap…but, we were also told it would be a one day install. It was three. Just highlights the lack of ability to deliver what they sell
This was a major part of a large renovation, and it’s making me really appreciate to good/honest people I’m working with on other parts of the project!
I attached a couple pictures (to my google review) to highlight the colors we were told would match, and an example of the lack of detail paid in the install. I know there are a lot of positive comments on here and that’s a big reason I went with Window Geeks. But, it would be a big roll of the dice if you ask me…and, for what windows cost these days I suggest you search a little more. If the owner himself doesn't stand behind his work that's about all you need to know about a company.

Matt and his team did a tremendous job for us. We needed our roof replaced following hail damage. It was a long process with our insurance company Matt's team was great. They contacted our insurance company. weekly for months until our needs were met. We could not have done this without GeekSuite's professionalism and persistence. Our roof looks great we are very happy with the experience we had with Matt and everyone on his team.

GeekSuite replaced our roof after we had hail damage from a storm. We had several other roofing companies look at our roof. Matt and his associates did a great job working with our insurance company. We were always informed of what was going on in a timely fashion. The roofers who replaced our roof did a great job.

I had GeekSuite replace the roof on my house after a wind and hail storm. The shingles were in rough shape as you can see from the before photos and was planning on replacing the roof this year. From the beginning to the end of the project I was always informed on what was going to happen next. The process was just as they said it was going to be. It felt like they cared about my experience with how they managed my expectations. Responsive and professional, I would use them again.

I suppose it is only fitting that a "house geek" such as myself would hire this company. These folks don't just do it well, they execute perfectly. We wanted 6 double hung, wood windows replaced with full pane, interior wood indoors, stained to match the trim. We wanted a better, unobstructed view into our backyard.
We had 2 other highly rated window installation companies come out and both of them truly failed to describe exactly what they would do. Seemingly simple questions like what would be removed with the window, what additional wood you need to install, and can you match the stain? Were met with semi-satisfactory answers. Another contractor did all the estimating with photos and texting, he answered none of our questions.
When GeekSuite Exteriors came out, their person, Matt K answered our questions clearly. He was confident on the stain match and said we would sign off (it was a perfect match, by the way) he told us exactly what would be removed and what would be framed. The bid was quite reasonable, keeping in mind these were custom Marvin windows. Once we accepted the bid and submitted a deposit, they promptely sent out someone to measure and answer any questions we might have. Matt told us from the start that custom ordering would take a bit of time and it did. However, Matt was in regular contact with us so we were never left wondering when they would be in. They sent someone out to show us the stain test match and they then re-did the match to make it exact. We signed off on it and we were good to go.
Once they knew the windows were ready, they scheduled delivery of the windows and other materials and scheduled installation. Removal and installation went swimmingly. They covered everything jnside,, placed the old windows exactly where we wanted them for someone to take and reuse. The installation was quick. They caulked very nicely, and they vacuumed inside and cleaned outside. They sent out painters to touch up outside with our paint, and they sent the leftover stain and emailed us the formula for the stain match. They informed us when the city inspector would be out and told us we could reschedule by calling this number, if needed.
They were all really great to work with and like I said, they executed with ABSOLUTE PERFECTION. We will definitely use them again and again and again and again.....

Matt and his guys did an outstanding job on our new roof and adding two picture windows to our family room. They were super reasonable and worked with our insurance company so we didn’t have to deal with it at all.
It’s been almost 6 months since they completed and I still catch myself looking at how nice our roof turned out.
The windows are beautiful and super functional and the best part is, NO DRAFTS!

GeekSuite Exteriors replaced my hail damaged roof. Everyone I dealt with was professional and provided exceptional customer service. Matt was excellent with communication and consistently kept me up to date on my claim with the insurance company from the initial evaluation through the project completion.
On the day the roof was replaced Matt made sure everything went as planned. The crew did a fantastic job and cleaned up the site down to the last nail.
I have worked in the Customer Service industry for over 30 years and I was impressed that there is still a company out there that believes in and practices such good service. I would highly recommend GeekSuite to anyone.
