Kemp offers Design & Build services that provide our clients with a single point of contact for both design and construction phases of a project. Kar's Ferndale location was home for 60 years prior to moving to Madison Heights in 2005. A massive renovation took place at this 130,000-square-foot former steel plant in under six months. Eight overhead cranes and their support structures were removed for the construction of this state-of-the-art food plant.
