MAPP was founded in 1991 and is headquartered in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, with offices in New Orleans, Dallas, Austin, Atlanta, and Tampa. MAPP provides preconstruction and construction services for commercial construction projects including retail, office, mission critical, industrial, warehouse and distribution, hospitality, healthcare, banking and interiors. The MAPP story is a classic example of American entrepreneurship and principled, client-focused growth. In 1991, project manager Michael Polito, armed with seven years' experience with large Southeastern U.S. contractors, set out to establish a true alternative to traditional construction companies.
Our company was founded on the belief that to be different, we must think and act in a way that goes beyond what's normally expected of a general contractor. Work with us and you'll see how our entire team-from office staff to subcontractors-joins together to make the construction experience unlike any other a client will undertake. If this sounds like something you'd like to be a part of, join our team, submit a subcontractor application, or talk to us about your next project.
