The project, which includes operatories for students and faculty, clinic support, collaborative learning areas aims to create a top facility in oral sciences education and outreach and to provide an overall positive patient experience that is welcoming, calming, and stress-reducing. New construction of 30,000 square foot shipping and receiving center attached to the existing facility. The building construction is a pre-engineered metal building. Features include 10 truck loading docks and 2 at grade overhead doors for deliveries.
