Ronald A. Mather Construction Company Inc, and its affiliated companies, prides itself on offering quality locations for small businesses. We are a privately-owned company and have the flexibility and creativity needed in order to help our clients achieve their real estate or construction needs. Mather is a multi-dimensional firm that has been catering to our clients in brokerage, property management, and construction development for over thirty-five years in the greater Kansas City area. We own and manage retail, industrial parks, industrial buildings, warehouses, office parks and office buildings.

Our property manager works closely with tenants to ensure that the property is well kept and maintained. Our property management team works quickly and effectively to help solve any problems that our tenants may have. Our management extends from commercial property to residential duplexes and homes. Colette joined Ronald A. Mather Construction Company in 2013. She is currently in charge of maintaining nearly 1,000,000 square feet of Mather property. Colette feels that it is her full responsibility to maintain good relationships with tenants once they have moved into any Mather property.

Mather Construction is an important part of the Mather companies. It represents the fourth generation of experienced builders and developers in the Mather family of companies. Due to our history and experience on the job site, Mather Construction is able to offer a wide range of knowledge in the building and developing properties. Our past experiences have allowed us the ability to plan and design a wide range of property, so that all of your building needs can be met.
