Zernco Inc. is a commercial general contractor headquartered in Wichita, Kansas, that has been serving clients throughout the country for more than 25 years. Today, we are one of the nation's premier restaurant and retail construction partners. From concept to completion, Zernco clients can expect the highest standards of craftsmanship, attention to detail and responsiveness. Many of our national clients will tell you they've been partnering with us year after year for the past two decades because they know they can trust Zernco to deliver a quality building with speed and precision.
Founded by Dave and Jan Zerngast in 1991, Zernco Inc. started as a small, family-owned cabinet shop, was incorporated in 1995, and quickly grew into a multi-state commercial general contractor. After transitioning leadership to their daughter, Ashley Thill, Zernco went through another growth phase, increasing its national footprint and client base, until the company was purchased by Zernco veteran Scott Marko in 2019. Our commitment to quality and to our clients' success has helped us build long-lasting relationships and solidified our reputation as one of the nation's premier restaurant and retail construction providers.
Zernco Inc. has solutions to preserve, restore and repair facilities as well as comprehensive, ongoing preventative maintenance plans to keep facilities looking and functioning like new, well into the future. Rather than calling a different company for each building repair, Zernco can be your one-stop facility maintenance contractor for all general building maintenance needs.
At Zernco, this year more than ever we value our families, teammates, and the relationships built while working alongside our new and tenured clients, subcontractors, and suppliers who all strive to deliver a top-quality project.
We’re excited to announce our new corporate headquarters coming Fall 2021! Thank you to our project partners Gravity::Works Architecture and MKEC Engineering, Inc.
