I hired a different contractor after a June 8 hail storm because the contractor was recommended to me by my neighbor. But the claim was denied. So I called TTB and they sent Chad Brannon over to inspect for damage. Chad refused to give up on my claim and together we got a second inspection which resulted in Liberty Mutual acknowledging that we needed a new roof, vents, gutters, downspouts, and even a garage door.
