Berry Mechanical Services, Inc. began as a local HVAC company back in the year 2000. Three professionals in the industry, Allan, Bill, and Scott with a combined experience in the HVAC field of 42 years at that time, decided to strike out and create their own HVAC company that would mirror the values they held dear to their heart: premium quality installation, honest business practices, front line product knowledge and innovation, and most importantly customer satisfaction. After humble beginnings with two trucks based out of Allan's garage, the company grew quickly through the early 2000's moving to offices based in Haverhill, MA and specializing in ducted HVAC system design, installation, and service.

Besides the utilization of heating and air conditioning systems to bring us indoor comfort year round, there are simple to sophisticated systems that address indoor air quality. With current building codes requiring ever tighter construction for the sake of building efficiency, we are finding that indoor pollutants become trapped requiring remediation. With older existing homes we find increased amounts of airborne particulates from simple dust molecules to mold spores. After hours you will hear from the technician who is on call. After hours service is at a premium rate of time and a half, which is currently $187.50 to come out and diagnose your system. Once the issue is diagnosed the technician will quote you his findings for repair. You can maximize the life of your new or existing HVAC system by performing seasonal preventative maintenance check-ups.

There are numerous mail-in rebate incentives available from many larger utility providers for both heating & cooling home improvements. Even some smaller municipal utility companies provide limited high efficiency incentives. We have provided a summary of the major utility company rebate programs below. These tables show the efficiency requirements needed to be awarded a rebate.
