Project Proposal:Finish the basement and make it an area for media, exercise, add a half-bath, and a basement laundry room. Project Description - Here's What We Did:For the main media area we added a true deluxe wet bar with an adjacent billiards area that leads to an open den that is focused on the picturesque gas fireplace. Further down the hallway there is a small workout gym room and half-bath with laundry room. The homeowner loves that they can work out, shower up, and wash their workout clothes all right here.
