The process minimizes soil disturbance, provides excellent seed application, germination, and erosion control around residents or subdivision development. Jake Martin and Son has the ability to use traditional means of braking the soil and using farm type equipment or tractors to provide turf type lawn appearances. Bermuda or Fescue sod is available for all residential installation. Although Jake Martin and Son specializes in large track commercial and highway projects, we do have the equipment, education and personnel to help you with your resident property.
