Thank you so much Keto! Our fan died on our 50+ year old AC unit last night and with temps forecast in the triple digits we were feeling the heat. I called as soon as you opened and although you thought it would be after 3pm before anyone could get over here, your tech was here at just after 9am! He pulled the motor on the fan and took it to find a replacement and by 10:30 am the unit was back up and running! We were fully prepared to have to replace it but are thrilled that it was repairable. Thank you for taking the time to solve the problem and not just selling a product. You are simply the best. Whenever the need arises for service or replacement of our HVAC system we will be calling only you!
