We knew that the home building experience didn't have to be frustrating. We were driven to create a better and more enjoyable way, so in the fall of 2004, we began Tate Builders & Associates, Inc. We have set out to change the experience of building a custom home. Since that time, we've built custom primary and secondary residences in Georgia and South Carolina as well as a long list of satisfied homeowners, architects, developers and investors. We have worked hard to establish a reputation for integrity and openness, and make the experience of building a home enjoyable for everyone involved.
