Trojan Energy Systems

Our 8,000-square-foot facility is located in Troy, New York. We have more than 6,000 square feet of warehouse, a fully-stocked inventory of parts, general office space, customer parking, and state-of-the-art training room. With more than 125 years of combined experience, Trojan Energy Systems is prepared to handle any combustion project, from small commercial boiler service work to large industrial boiler installations and annual preventative service contracts. We provide 24-hour emergency service 365 days a year.

During the past 25 years, Trojan Energy Systems has been steadily building a complete inventory of commercial/industrial burner and boiler service parts, including (but not limited to) pressure controls, water level controls, fireside and waterside gasket sets, and more. These parts are in stock at our facility in Troy, New York. Whether it's a middle-of-the-night emergency or a replacement part you just can't find, we're here to help.

Our goal is to provide every client with state-of-the-art equipment that will allow them to operate their boilers in the most fuel-efficient manner while focusing on reducing their carbon footprint. Did you know that a minimum of 20 cents of every fuel dollar is wasted? The good news is much of it can be recovered. For example, Cain boiler economizers recover heat and transfer usable BTUs to other facets in the boiler. Autoflame also manufactures a product called the MM Boiler Controller, which allows you to be able to remove the standard jackshaft assembly that operates the fuel delivery system on your burner and replace it with equipment that basically allows the burner to function as a fuel injection system on your car.

I started working a paper route when I was 12 years old - talk about a rough business. I had to get up at 4 a.m. and deliver papers every day, sometimes in two feet of snow and 10 below zero. When other kids were playing, I had to collect for the papers. I made $12 per week. I started in the HVAC business when I was 15 years old and got my working papers. I would clean boilers after school and on weekends. When I got my license, I started going out and servicing boilers and installing heating systems.
