As General Engineering Consultant (GEC) to one of the nation's leading toll agencies, EAC oversees MDX's multi-million-dollar, five-year work program. EAC provided the following services: drainage, signing & pavement markings, reconstructing the balance of the roadway (approximately 9.7 miles) for a Design High Water of 8.5 NGVD 29 and 9.75 NGVD 29. As a prime consultant, EAC was responsible for the design and permitting for the relocation of three utilities that were affixed to a replacement bridge that spanned the Turkey Creek Canal in Port Malabar for Palm Bay Utilities.
