By far one of the best companies I have ever dealt with.
After years of dealing with some major seawall erosion, having to back fill every year I came to my Florida house, I finally decided to look at a permanent fix summer of 2017. I called several companies that advertised targeted grout injection. Some never even bothered to call me back. Out of the 3 estimates I received, Solid Foundations came in with the lowest price, could do the work the soonest, and was the ONLY company that guaranteed their work and would come out and repair any leaks that still existed at NO CHARGE.
Dustin came out in the summer of 2017 and was an extreme pleasure to work with. I believe they ended up having to use a little bit more grout than they had predicted, but stuck to their original quote. The process was fun to watch, and I think even they were surprised how large some of the holes in my seawall were.
Fast forward to 2018. I arrived at my Florida house and noticed I had 2 minor erosion spots. (We are talking sinkage of 6 inches or less over a year's time vs some holes 6 feet deep previously over just a few months time.)
I called and let Solid Foundations know, and they came out within a week and injected more grout into those spots. I can't say enough about how pleasant Dustin and the others were to work with. Wouldn't it be great if all businesses were like Solid Foundations? I would highly recommend them to anybody needing seawall repair done. I can't speak to their leveling and other services since I didn't use this service, but I am absolutely sure they would perform the same honest, high quality work.
