Pioneer Builders, Inc. is a closely held family-owned corporation. Our family has been doing Commercial General Contracting in the Washington, D.C. area since 1935. We represent the third generation of General Contractors in our family.
Pioneer Builders, Inc. is a commercial/industrial General Contractor based in central Prince George's County. We have maintained our office and shop at the same address in Tuxedo, Maryland since the company's founding in 1961. We are an open shop contractor and are active members of the Metro Washington Chapter of the Associated Builders and Contractors. Although many of our projects are in Prince George's County, we do work throughout the Metropolitan Washington Area including Montgomery, Howard, Anne Arundel, Calvert, Charles, and St. Mary's Counties.
