Established in 1976, Mark I Builders and Home Improvement has been building and remodeling homes in the Fairfield County area for more than 30 years. Mark Iwaszkiewicz founded Mark I Builders and Home Improvement in 1976, after having worked for a few years as a sub-contractor in the Fairfield County area.
