I have been a Poudre Valley Air customer for many years. All of their people have been knowledgable and easy to work with. This week Phillip came to my house to to a preventative maintenance on my furnace. He went out of his way to walk me through what he was doing and the results of his tests and checks. He laid out the pros and cons of different options objectively, no pressure, was very knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, negotiated with the home warranty company effectively to get coverage, went out of his way to fix something that happened to break on his watch due to no fault of his own, gave me tips about things to keep an eye on given the age of the unit, etc, etc. I can't recommend him enough.
