Construction Logic, LLC is owned by Steve Wood. Steve advises clients on how to save money in construction and maintenance of buildings. He has 37 years of experience in the construction and facilities maintenance of institutional, commercial and residential buildings. He usually works for owners and developers, by efficiently running projects and solving problems with buildings in the most cost effective manner, while protecting the owner's best interest. Steve also has extensive expertise in Disaster Preparedness and building hazards as it relates to earthquakes.
