GREAT company. Hadn’t had any luck finding a reputable HVAC company to service and maintain my dual zone HVAC system. Finally came across Chaves thanks to a referral from a competing HVAC company that couldn’t accommodate taking on any other clients. I’m so glad I was setup with them. They came over within 2 hours to check what was wrong with my furnace. Fixed it quickly and explained everything they did. Prices were very reasonable and Corey and Isaac were amazing. Highly recommended!

My wife and I have been wanting to put HVAC splits in our house for a long while. I was told by a contractor that had worked in our house that Chaves heating and air conditioning was a good group. I contacted Chaves and got an immediate, friendly and timely response to my inquiry. Joe Chavez met us at our house and we discussed our options. The discussion and data that ensued was informative and quite impressive. We realized that this was a great price for a substantial system. We put a deposit down, and the work followed soon there after. The work was done in just under three days, and the Chavez crew treated my family and our home as if it was their own. The system is operational and has met all of our expectations!

We switched to Chavez a few years ago, and I'm very glad we did. They've been doing our annual maintenance on a very very old system, keeping it alive. And the couple of times we've had heating failures on super cold days, they've been able to prioritize our situation and get service within several hours.

Interested in reducing our carbon footprint, we contracted with Chaves HVAC to install a 2-zone mini-split heat pump/ac system. The company is very responsive, courteous and professional from the sales representative to the office and installation crew. We are very pleased.
In the past I have given Chaves glowing reports. We have always kept a continuous service contract, paid for it like clockwork every year (in advance for the coming year). Have always been happy with them. This year they skipped a step. They didn't bother with going from great to poor customer service. they just went straight to "we're getting too big, we don't need faithful customers." After years of paying for our service contract every spring, they will not renew without a credit card or bank card so they can just take the money directly. We don't give our credit card to ANYONE. Been real, Chaves.
Absolutely horrible. They installed faulty units and have not resolved the issue in over a year and a half. We have been paying triple monthly since they installed our units.
