Santa Fe Air Conditioning & Heating exceeds in all of these elements! This is a company that truly cares about your safety and wellbeing.

But our history doesn't end with us, or even with our amazing employees. It includes the many homes and families in the community that call on Santa Fe Air year after year for all of their heating and cooling needs. It's the trust they have in our expertise and honesty that makes Santa Fe Air Conditioning truly the best HVAC company in Kansas City! After every service, we create a list of what you do and don't like, helping us serve you better in the future. This tag line has been our motto since the very beginning.

For those in the Kansas City area, it's better to be proactive whenever you notice these signs. Santa Fe Air is here to help you with your air conditioner repair service needs, and you can always contact one of our technicians for more information. No one wants to hear this, but if you're constantly needing replacements, you may need to upgrade your unit all together. This definitely isn't a bad thing, because once your new AC is up and running, you'd be surprised how much money you could save. One of the biggest signs that you need an AC replacement is your unit's age.

You should not attempt to work on electrical wiring repair or wiring updates on your own. Done incorrectly without a proper electrician in Kansas City, you are putting yourself and your home's electrical system at risk. Trust the expert electricians at Santa Fe Air Conditioning to get the job done right. Burnt outlets typically come from arcing. Arcing is when the metal bits in the outlet become damaged or loose, which causes it to overheat. This overheating can lead to a fire, so get the problem addressed by an electrician near you.

That's why we offer indoor air quality in Kansas City, with the equipment to help you effectively manage and optimize the air in your home. With today's "tighter" construction methods, the air inside of our homes can actually be more polluted than the air outside. Illness causing microorganisms, allergens, mold, and bad odors can affect your well being. This air can cause irritation of the eyes, nose, and throat. It can also cause asthma related symptoms to be aggravated or to worsen. Cleaner air will not only make your family's health better but it will also keep your HVAC system cleaner which leads to more energy efficiency.

A check up is a basic operations check of either your furnace or air conditioner. This basic check up does not include cleaning or checking any air quality equipment, such as humidifiers or air cleaners. The 365 Comfort Club Professional Tune-Up and Cleaning is a comprehensive 32-point inspection of your furnace or air conditioner. It also includes a cleaning of the unit being inspected. Additionally, the tune up includes checking that any air quality equipment your home has is operational for the season.

We know it can be a little confusing when what looks like your air conditioner is also your heating system. Santa Fe Air can help. Just sit back and relax while your technician uses a 48-point checklist to make sure everything is in working order before they leave and that your home gets back to being warm and cozy! Whether your heat pump needs a repair or just a basic check up, it's a highly technical piece of equipment. It's in your best interest to have a Santa Fe Air heat pump professional do the work for you.

Why not have the peace of mind that your air conditioner is not going to let you down-before something happens? Our goal is to keep you cool & comfortable and educate you about the function of your AC system. Scheduling regular check ups for your home air conditioning unit could help you save on your utility bill; a technician will identify potential efficiency problems that can be easily resolved. Checking a unit's efficiency is also mindful of the environment, which helps both outdoor and indoor air quality.

Our goal is to keep you cool & comfortable and educate you about the function of your AC system. Your Comfort Advisor will ask you a series of questions to better understand your needs and help you decide what type of system will fit you best. They will answer any questions you may have and provide an estimate that will fit your needs. Let us take it from there. Our Installed Coordinator will contact you to schedule your air conditioning installation and go over any additional questions you may have.

I recently used them to service my heating systems (2) which they had installed a couple of years ago. I called them on a Friday afternoon and they were out to perform the service on Monday morning (right before we got the snow on Oct 26th). Kory was the technician. He arrived exactly when scheduled, wore booties and a mask and super nice. He made sure I knew the price before he started the work. He then did a very thorough inspection of my systems. He completed the system check in just over 30 minutes and provided a detailed analysis to me.

The simple answer is YES! Mechanical Permits exist for your safety. HVAC installations involve natural gas, high voltage electricity and venting. Insist that your contractor pull a permit and have the work inspected. All cities in the Greater Kansas Area require mechanical contractors to pull a permit to replace HVAC equipment. Ask yourself: who would you rather have install an HVAC system for you; a company that is willing to endanger its customers' lives with improper installations, or Santa Fe Air Conditioning, the people who take the time to do it right?

A heat pump is a unit that looks very similar to a standard air conditioner; but it is so much more. The heat pump unit not only provides cooling for your home, but also heats your home as well. To help supplement your home's heating needs on those super frigid Kansas/Missouri days, an electric air handler or a gas furnace will have to be installed with the heat pump. In our area, the cost range for a heat pump installation in Kansas City is $4500-$8500 and up with an average cost of $5200.00. We offer monthly specials on installations, too!

All of the power for your home comes through this panel from the utility company. If your home has a fuse panel, or an obsolete panel, or even worse-it's lost UL listing due to a faulty main breaker or circuit breaker-you may have to consider a new electrical panel for your home. Installing a new electrical panel in your home or getting a breaker panel replacement in Kansas City will increase your safety and peace of mind, knowing that the heart of your electrical system is working properly. A lot of homes in and around KC have out-of-date fuse boxes or electrical panels that are not designed for today's modern electronics.

Thank you Mike C. for getting our AC running again on a Saturday night in a heat advisory! He was so polite and knowledgeable. Additionally, very kind to us and our dog. He even took his shoes off before entering the house per our sign on the door, most service people have ignored it in the past but not Mike! Thank you for helping us on a weekend! We were so desperate!

Our service technician, Daniel, arrived on time and completed our furnace tune-up quickly and efficiently. He was very professional and offered helpful tips for long-term maintenance of our HVAC system. Would definitely recommend Santa Fe to friends and family.

I had a furnace tune-up that I bought through Angie's List. The technician was Dennis. I also had a problem with the furnace too. They came the same day I contacted them. The furnace started working again around a half hour before his arrival, so he was unable to locate the problem. He did find another issue with the furnace which I had him fix. The company that installed my furnace incorrectly installed the flexible gas line connector and their was a very minor gas leak through the shut-off valve. The gas company and another furnace company that I used several times for prior tuneups never mentioned the problem in spite of the fact that I had mentioned smelling a slight gas odor when I run the furnace. Dennis said that it may be below the allowable leakage limit. I went ahead and had him fix it. Better to be safe than sorry with gas even if it was within the allowable limit. I don't know why the gas company and the other furnace company never noticed it even after I complained about it. On the down side, this company does seem to be priced on the high side.
