HP has a growing workforce of over 700 in-house team members. Our Team is highly skilled, trained, and knowledgeable in all aspects of telecommunications. Below are all the in-house services HP offers. This scope includes the overlash of existing facilities as well as new construction with all required make-ready, strand installation and cable placement. Make-ready will consist of, but not be limited to: installation of pole line hardware, anchors, down guys, overhead guys, guard arms, cable arms, extension arms, bonds, vertical grounds, tree trimming and the raising & lowering of existing communications' strands & cables in adherence to pole engineering.
