Gary P. Unger, Builder is a second generation builder and a licensed General Contractor building and preserving Laguna Beach since 1973. Whereas our specialty is major residential remodels, our work also includes kitchen and bath remodels, custom homes, commercial and office tenant improvements, homeowner associations, and structural repairs. We pride ourselves on quality work, completed on schedule, and on budget. We believe that quality is not accidental.
