Leonard Korinek established Watertight Restoration in May 1979 primarily as a waterproofing and caulking company. We started epoxy injection just in time to take on all the Loma Prieta repairs. Glass and Carbon Fiber reinforcement work followed as well as high tech waterproofing manufactured by Stirling Lloyd. Our third generation is coming on.

The company has weathered some tough times but we are growing, and John and Will Korinek, the third generation are coming on. Graduated with a Construction Management degree from Cal State University, Chico. Has been in the construction management/estimating field for over 10 years and has worked for General Contractors as well as Subcontractors. Enjoys the outdoors, hanging out with friends and family, and traveling when time allows.
