Ms. Lori was very thoughtful and considerate on the phone. She made sure that my heating needs were taken care of with space heaters while my new part was on order. Both of these employees are tremendous assets to this company! Very professional crew. Had to rip out my 20-year-old system and completely replace all the ductwork plus a new unit installation.
