Jamar carports and portable buildings are built to last by using 26 gauge R-Loc panels and Flo-Coat 50 galvanized steel tubing to provide a triple layer of protection against corrosion.
Allied's Flo-Coat 50 galvanized steel tubing is the product of choice for carports and other portable buildings. The unique, in-line Flo-Coat process provides a triple layer of corrosion protection that stands the test of time. The process begins with flat strip steel that is cold-formed and electric-resistance or induction welded. After welding, the tube goes through three coating baths. The first coating bath bonds zinc to the hot tubing and is followed by a conversion coating. As the tube goes through the conversion coating bath, the process chemically changes the zinc already on the surface of the tube.
Before carport or building is delivered and installed, buyer should have the site prepared in advance. Site preparation includes getting all the required local permissions, permits, and all utilities marked or located. If you need assistance we can guide you through the process. We require that all groundwork (site leveled) be done before building is delivered. We realize that there are certain circumstances where it is impossible or cost prohibitive to completely level the ground. If this is your case, we can, in some cases; make special arrangements to come out to your location in advance, take measurements and custom build your building or carport to fit your unleveled area.

All of our carports and structures come with a 2 year limited warranty. All of our garage doors and walk doors come with a 1 year warranty. All panels come with a 20 year paint warranty. Carports and structures are not warranted against extreme acts of nature. Compared to our competitors' use of the thinner 29 gauge panels, our use of the thicker 26 gauge R-Loc panels provides a studier building that is more resistant to hail and wind damage. All frames are constructed of heavy-duty galvanized steel.
