Custom Homes by C.D.C.I. LLC is a family owned company started By C.R. Freeman in Colorado in the '70's. A move to Arizona allowed CDCI to secure an Arizona License # 295691 KB-02. Also, Mike secured the National Standard Residential Building Contractor License from the International Code Council (ICC) License MF # 149218. As third-generation contractors, Mike, and C.R. both have 45 plus years' experience in General Contracting, and Residential Communities. During the 25 years CDCI has been in the Arizona area, over 100's of homes has been built all over the valley.
