Founded during a time of uncertainty, Brett began Brimley Development in 2009 when he took his extensive experience, tribe of devout followers, and a leap of faith to start the company. Brimley was established around the promise to act as an open-book custom home builder, ensuring that each client had their own bank account and access to their bids and budgeting tools around the clock. Amber Lund came alongside Brett as a partner in 2010, bringing her vast portfolio, passion, and established relationships.
