I contacted The Bee and they respond first thing the next morning. They were at my door an hour later. Obed came and installed my thermostat and he was awesome, very respectful and professional. Unfortunately later that day my AC started acting up. (No fault of the bee it was just the unit itself.) It was later in the evening so we did have to wait for the next day, but even then they came as soon as they could. Fixed the issue and everything was back up and running! I greatly appreciate Obed and the team and highly recommend!

After collecting quotes from several different HVAC companies I decided to go with The Bee for a new AC. I have a house with vaulted ceilings that presented some challenges and I was really impressed with their commitment to getting it right. After being happy with their service and commutation I hired them to install a new boiler system which is used for heat at my house and was very impressed and happy with the service I received. Adrian, who handles boilers, is top notch. They weren't the cheapest, nor were they they most expensive, but they were committed to doing the job right.

Very friendly when scheduling our first appointment, which was necessary because our AC failed the night before we departed on a trip! They happily scheduled a tech to fix it the morning after our return, on a Sunday! Extremely well organized and informative, from seeing a photo of the tech who was coming to our door to getting text updates prior to his arrival and lots of written and photo documentation afterwards.
Their professionalism is through the roof -- we happily signed up for regular maintenance with them because they totally exceeded expectations (as well as our prior experiences with HVAC folks in other locations). We only wish we could give them MORE stars!

We live in the mountains in a house that had ducts for heating but no AC. I reached out to The Bee on a Friday afternoon, and by the next Tuesday we had working AC. They responded to my online inquiry the same day Friday, and Howard was out on Saturday to assess and give us a quote. He went through several options for us and we had the final quotes emailed to us on his way out the door.
They were able to do the install Monday, and we got an electrician to do the final hook-up Tuesday (I think we got a little lucky with the timing, but it was pretty fantastic). Their quote was reasonable and everyone from their office crew to the installation team were great to work with, professional, and efficient. Being 8.5 months pregnant, it is amazing to be able to flip on the AC and not be sweating all night and not worry about our toddler being too hot. Would definitely recommend.

My old furnace had to be replaced this year after many years of small repairs. We had The Bee Heat & AC recommended to us from a coworker and are completely satisfied with our new furnace. Our technicians, Orlando and Zach did a wonderful job installing the new furnace and did a few additional things to ensure my old AC unit would run more efficiently and also ungraded some pipes to bring things up to code. Every person that I worked with at The Bee was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Russell came out to do the estimate very promptly, and took the time to explain everything that was going into the project and answer any and all questions that I had. Zach and Adrian completed the installation of the new A/C unit, they both arrived exactly on time and completed the install very quickly.
They were diligent in their work, and it is very evident that they take pride in their work and do a very good job. I will definitely be using them for any future HVAC needs that I have.

We had our old boiler replaced and some baseboard heat piping replaced by Adrian at The Bee. They were timely and very affordable. Howard (owner) was happy to work with me on any issues i had, including an issue i had which had nothing to do with his work. He came out free of charge, diagnosed and fixed my issue. I don't really ever leave reviews. This company earned our business through a competitive bid process. We put them against 6 other local companies and they rose to the top. By happenstance, we got a fantastic deal on some top of the line equipment. We were shopping to replace our janky old evaporative cooler and 30 year old oversized furnace.
We upgraded to full central air and a modern furnace. Howard came out and gave us a quote, measured up the job, and was honest and straight forward (never attempted to oversell, and in fact, sold us on proper equipment that wasn't top of the line efficiency since we'd likely never recover the cost). Russell and Obed came out and busted their behinds and were super professional and diligent. Cleaned up the job site and even threw in a few add ons when they found an issue (for instance, hole in exhaust on water heater). I'd recommend anyone who is looking for HVAC work to at least have them come out to bid. Outstanding work, competitive prices, and excellent work force.

Everyone here is honest and forthright. I did not have service people trying to up-sell me. The did my heater check and service in the late fall. They told me what they were doing and the service was top notch. Prices are very reasonable. When it's time to get my AC checked out for summer this is who I will call!

David the tech was awesome, he showed me what was wrong with the furnace (it wasn't the thermostat), fixed it and installed a new thermostat (because although the old one wasn't the issue, it was pretty rubbish) and explained to me how to do it if i ever want to change it for a smart thermostat. I am so happy with my decision to finally get central air and so satisfied with this company. Customer service was great and Howard made sure to make me feel at ease and really blew the competition away. The installer was very nice, informative and personable. He was steadfast and made sure the job was done. He cleaned up after himself too. I know I went with the right company and that I did receive a very competitive price.
I had been quoted a much smaller unit from another company had doubts that it would do the job. Howard was straight forward with me and told me it wouldn't. Deep down I knew it wouldn't because I had researched it myself. If you have to question if something is right for you, it probably isn't.

The furnace stopped working and contacted Busy Bee Heat & A/C through Home Advisor. I was called back within 10 minutes (about 4:45 PM on a friday). The Technician arrived 30 minutes early (6:30PM), fixed the problem within 30 minutes, charged a reasonable fee (no weekend or call out fee!). EXCELLENT SERVICE.

The Man who came out here was able to figure out that it was a simple clogged pipe that was freezing up my system! Went 2 summers without AC because of this stupid mistake! This Company is terrific! Extremely responsive & timely in all communications. Garett was always on time, & explained that initial AC repair to our old R22 unit only worked about 33% of the time. It didn't work, but that repair was fully credited toward a new unit. Competitive pricing saved us a lot of $$. We really appreciated the fact that there was no push to 'up sell' at all. All staff were friendly, polite, & professional. We will call Busy Bee when it's time to do any future HVAC work.
