Involvement in the community is routine for the Blain Stumpf staff. Support for local Eagle Scouts, 4-H animal husbandry, Little League, and several other worthy organizations. BLAIN STUMPF Rock, Sand & Gravel is fortunate to have staff and management with decades of experience. Blain has been delivering rock since 1983. Blain's wife, Marcia, is the daughter of parents who also had dump trucks. Growing up in the business has provided her with a lifetime of experience. Hey friends Be on the lookout for these clowns. Using a sign from our fence panels attached to the door of their Explorer. Told our customer they were sent to take down this fence. Our customer knew better and called the Rancho Cordova PD.
