They replaced the AC unit and it is under Warrenty. We are having problems with it and he came to look at it and he said he would replace a part the next business day which was two days later. He never came. I have tried contacting him about it and he says they are busy and it has been a month and half and still having issues and no part replaced. If you say you are going to do something, do it.
