I have been using Larsen Heating and Air for about 12 years in three different homes. As always, they have been fantastic.
Back in December we had a problem with our furnace running but not heating. A technician came and got it working again. He told us it was a temporary fix because he couldn't identify the actual cause. We paid the service fee and that was it.
Then a few weeks ago it happened again. A more thorough examination was done and a few experiments were performed to get it working again. We were told they would come back four days later to eliminate a few other possibilities.
They came back as scheduled and performed the tests. They found no other problems. The adjustments they had made on the previous visit were working and all was great. And, to top it off they didn't charge a service fee for the two visits.
These guys are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and very honest in their dealings. Call Larsen if you want it done right and at a fair price.

Our AC went out two days ago and we thought we could tough it out but our house got up to 89 degrees!! Larsen had a repairman here first thing today. He worked quick to find the problem and fixed it immediately! We have cold air blowing again and are so grateful for the kind service, quick response and best price!! I’ll use them again, and I’ve had it serviced by half a dozen different repairman, but now I found one to keep!!
