The Filter 1 Flowtron AC Series air cleaner is packed with design features that go straight to the bottom line. The film-laminated media is state-of-the-art for collecting fine dust in heavy concentrations from a wide range of welding, grinding, and finishing operations. The large capacity dust filters clean thoroughly off-line for the lowest cost per pound of collected dust, and the low-speed backward inclined blower reduces the energy cost of moving the air. As compressed air reaches near-sonic velocity exiting from our Sonic Resonating Rapper™, its whipping motion raps the inside of the cartridge, dislodging even the material deeply packed into the pleats.
One of the first cartridge dust collector booths to implement the innovative regain of air principle, the Filter 1 Dustron DB Dust Contaminant Booth increases worker comfort and visibility in the critical work areas. Capitalizing on the multiplied ventilation effect of "pushing" clean air out across the front of the booth as the blower "pulls" contaminated air into the filters, the Dustron provides velocities of 400/800 FPM at the center zone of the booth where the dust is being generated. With Clean Air Consultants' fully implemented, fully adjustable Push/Pull Regain Air, the Filter 1 Dustron enhances the conditions and productivity of operations within the booth.
With its powerful capture velocity and edge-to-edge backdraft inlet, the Filter 1 Weldtron 2000 workstation effectively removes welding smoke and fume, providing protection and comfort for students and instructors in the training lab. In addition, the Weldtron 2000 features user-friendly operation, safety, space economy, and outstanding energy efficiency. The Filter 1 Weldtron backdraft welding table removes fumes from the student's breathing zone with a generous airflow of 2000 CFM. The state-of-the-art filters are designed to last an entire school year without loss of airflow or servicing to insure worry-free capture and filtration of the hazardous fume produced by welding.
