Great experience with this company. Our AC condenser was slowly dying this Summer and we contacted two different AC companies to try and fix it. One of them couldn't source the parts and the other told us we needed to expand our ventilation system and get better windows. We decided to wait until Winter to fix it but the system gave up the ghost before we made it.
We had no AC and it was still 90-100 degrees outside so we called Alpha Air. We called at 5 PM and they were out the next morning. They diagnosed the problem (internal short in the condenser) and gave us a good quote to replace the entire system (based off what we expected from our research on prices). They were able to source the equipment and replaced the entire system the following day. All told it was just under 48 hours from when we called to when we had a brand-new AC unit and furnace.
The system has been running great since and we haven't had any issues. They are even coming back out to do a free inspection to make sure everything is functioning as it should. I'm glad I found this company and I would definitely use them again in the future.

Alpha Air is a fantastic company and I would recommend them to anyone for all HVAC needs!
We recently moved into a home with 2x ~25 year old HVAC units. When one of them had a refrigerant leak and needed to be replaced, our home warranty company left us high and dry and did not cover the replacement. Therefore we were on our own to find a trustworthy, good value, and friendly company to work with to replace at least one unit (due to their old age, we ended up deciding to just replace both units). Due to fighting with our home warranty company for a bit before this, we were at this point without AC for two weeks in the Vegas heat.
In came Alpha Air to the rescue! After looking at companies here on Yelp, Alpha Air stood out by having so many highly rated reviews. I decided to give them a call and was so glad that I did. Their customer service representative (I forgot her name! It may have been Terry?) was extremely easy to work with, transparent about our issue (let us know we'd likely need a full replacement since Freon is no longer available due to EPA regulations), and able to coordinate extensive service within a short period of time. She even coordinated to deliver a portable AC unit to keep our house livable while we waited a few days for the permanent units to be replaced.
Prior to the units being replaced, Adolfo came out to our house just to diagnose our system separately from what the home warranty company did and he was very helpful in doing so. He went above and beyond with his friendliness and knowledge, explaining to us in detail the issue that we were dealing with and how it had to be resolved. He even answered many tangential questions that I had regarding condensate lines, HVAC units in general, etc.
On the day of the service, William and his team did an incredible job. I have no idea how they fit such a massive heat pump system into our difficult-to-access attic but they figured it out...it wasn't their first rodeo! Within one full day, they successfully brought working air conditioning back to our home and even gave us some pointers on things to look out for considering we were using Google Nest thermostats already in our home. The unit replacement came with 2 years free labor, 2 years free maintenance, and 10 year warranty on the unit itself.
Finally, I have to give a lot of credit to the company's owner, Arthur. He runs a very military-friendly company and while I hadn't communicated with him directly, it is incredibly apparent that he only selects the best people to work for him. All throughout the process, from technicians to customer service representatives, every Alpha Air employee that I interacted with was so friendly and knowledgeable that it really made it a pleasure to do business with them.
This minor episode in our life started out on a very stressful note (due to our home warranty company) but the friendliness, professionalism, good value, and timeliness that Alpha Air brought to the table with our AC unit replacement made so much of that stress go away. I am going to recommend them to all of our friends/family in Las Vegas and I highly recommend them to you as well!

We would recommend Alpha Air with replacing new AC units. From start to finish they have been great. We had some minor issues after install but no hesitation to come back out to address the problems the same day. They gave me a great deal with replacing two units including furnaces. It's hot in Las Vegas this year and the AC gave out. It was time to replace it but, given post-pandemic supply issues, prices were very high. Alpha Air was one of several I called to get estimates and quotes. Their pricing was reasonable in comparison to others, and their strong reviews here on Yelp helped them land the job. The install was little more complicated than some - we were changing out the hydronic system for something more standard and it required cutting into the drywall and changing electrical from 120 to 220V. Because of the complications, I was also able to speak to the owner, Artur, prior to the install and he reassured us that things would go well. Indeed, they did. Ultimately, we needed a plumber and an electrician to make it happen, but this job was done well and timely. Artur was present during the install as well. Basically, every commitment they made they honored. We couldn't be happier with the work that was done, and Alpha Air is now our go-to AC repair company. Thanks, Artur and Alpha Air!

I didn't get service from Alpha Air because they do not service the type of air conditioning unit that I have. But I still give this company 5/5 stars because of the customer service I received.
The owner responded quickly to my Yelp quote request. He gave me the number to call to schedule an appointment to repair my AC unit. The receptionist that I spoke with asked me specific questions about my AC problem then explained to me that I have a Zoned system. She advised I notify future AC repair companies about my zoned system. She further explained in layman's terms what is probably the problem with my unit... all this within a 5 minute phone conversation.
I learned more about my AC unit and the problem I'm having in a free 5 min phone call than the $90 diagnostic evaluation I already paid for 2 weeks prior when I had the same issue, but happened to fix itself on its own. I really appreciated the education I got from Alpha Air! Thank you!

I didn't have an emergency, but rather it was pretty urgent. They were able to get me in the next day between 9am and 11am. The Technician, Rodolfo, was very professional, took the time to diagnose the issue properly and made sure the AC was working prior to leaving. He made sure to answer any questions I had and was quick. Definitely Recommend!!

These guys are awesome. Called them to service my central AC and to check where done noises I hear in the attic are coming from. They did both and did not charge me at all!

Alpha Air just did a great job from start to finish. The customer service was so good, I think I forgot what it was like. They responded to my email quickly and scheduled a time for the next day. They answered their phone when I called to confirm. All the technology used was good with an email notification including a picture of the technician coming out.
The owner of the company, Artur, came out to my place right on time. Uniform, truck, and equipment were all sharp. He is very professional and friendly. The work was done well and I had confidence in him. I don't know enough about prices to know if it was a great deal but it seemed reasonable for the repairs I needed. The repair was done quickly, he did a complimentary cleaning on the compressor coils, the equipment and home were left very clean, and the payment/billing was all very smooth. I had to write these guys a great review after that. Highly Recommend!

Our AC broke down Sunday night and I looked up AC repair shops here in Yelp. Alpha Air was the first one to respond and Arthur was really nice. Monday was Labor Day but he said he can come with no extra charge. That was really nice We were not home so we had him come Tuesday. He fixed our AC in less than 30 minutes. We initially thought we needed to get a new AC unit but he said some parts just need replacement. He also informed us how much a new AC unit will cost, what out options are, what they can do if we ever decided to get an AC unit. Overall this is a good business and I highly recommend

Our A/C went out during the hottest time of year, of course. Alpha Air was the first ones to respond to us on a weekend. Arthur brought a portal A/C unit for us to use after we realized we needed to replace the unit. They replaced the A/C unit and did a great job. They really seem to care about their customers. I highly recommend them.

This morning my AC went out and its the middle of summer!
In a panic, desperate to find someone to come and get my unit up and running, I searched YELP for open businesses.
Alpha Air responded promptly. They were the only company who offered same-day service in the MORNING. That was very important as it gets over 100° passed noon and my boyfriend works from home.
They were accommodating and made business easy since I was not going to be home during the service.
William, was awesome! He knew what our problem was within the first 5 minutes of walking into our house. He was very knowledgeable and friendly.
I will definitely be using their service again.

Artur is fantastic. I call him SUPER Artur! Great customer service. Plus he does a great job. His quick response after calling him, fast diagnostics of my AC, repair, and replacement of failed parts. He even cleaned the coils so the AC could blow at its very coldest.
Being in Vegas in the the middle of summer, and NO AC is no fun. Plus it was in the middle of the night when Artur came. Thats why you need the best to get your AC comfort working quick for you.

We had a new a/c unit installed last year by Alpha Air. It was done in the most professional way at a very competitive price, and Artur's knowledge and attention to detail was impressive. Customer service is their top priority, they stand up for their workmanship and product !
Recently, when I called with a question about my thermostat, Artur took his time, explained all my options and gave me some important operating information. Their system runs at optimum performance and has increased my efficiency quite a bit ! I can only recommend Alpha Air not only for the installation of a new a/c system, but for all maintenance and follow up customer service needs.

Really happy with how fast and quality service we recieved. All the reviews are absolutely warranted. My AC went out last night, I didn't realize it until around 7:30 when I put my 6mo old down to sleep and her room was in the 90s. I saw our thermostat said 74 but nothing was blowing so immediately put quote requests out. Artur was the first to respond, literally within minutes. This was around 7:45pm, he arrived at 8:20p, noticed my compressor went out, had it fixed and running by 8:30. The whole process from quote, arrival, and fixed was less than an hour. He didn't have any random diagnostic fees or try to nickel and dime us. It was very straight to the point, very quick, and honestly a fraction of the cost of what I was mentally preparing for. Very pleased with Artur / Alpha Air from start to finish.
Not company, but real people you can trust when you need them! Sunday? Twice? For a summer!? No problem! The best AC service in Las Vegas. Period.
