Allstate Air conditioning & heating are prompt, professional and affordable. They come in with clean uniforms, nice looking trucks and top of the line equipment. They even cover their shoes when entering your home. I’ve been working with lots of vendors throughout the years and never seen such professionalism. Keep up the good work!

We have been using Allstate heating and air conditioning for years and we couldn't be happier. They are reliable, honest, trustworthy and reasonable. Do yourself a favor and call them if you need an estimate for a job. They are a family run business and use Trane products, which are the most reliable in the industry. I would recommend Allstate to anyone needing HVAC work done in their home.

"Allstate Heating and Air Conditioning"is by far the best HVAC Company around.
i used them a few years ago when i needed a new system, and a few weeks ago when i had a problem i called them and they came out right away.

My appointment was for 1 o'clock and the technicain arrived at 1:05. He got the job done in just a few hours then wrote a thorough and detailed description of what he had done and his findings. He used shoe covers and cleaned and inspected the entire system.

I have been recommending this Company for years and will continue to do so.

These people are skilled, competent, and most of all HONEST!!

Use them for all your heating and cooling needs!

Very Professional.

I had a bad experience with my central AC system where a big name company charged me 2-3 times the normal rate for a very shitty and incomplete job on my Trane system which had a leak in its coils.

I had to get it done again, which is when I looked up authorized Trane dealers and came across Allstate AC.
They were upfront about the costs and process. They also advised me on following up with the big name store to get my money back (which I did and got half of my money back!!).

The guys that they sent were well behaved, professional & knew what they were doing.
They charge a little on the higher side (which is why I give them 4 instead of 5 stars), but I haven't had a problem with my system for the last few months and so I think that may be money well spent.

I did have a small issue a week after they fixed it though, but they sent the same engineer within 2-3 hours of me calling and turns out there was more Freon than needed (caused by the big name company). He admitted that he should have seen this before and fixed the problem for me free of charge.

I would certainly recommend them for AC issue and call them without a second thought for any AC issues at my place If needed

I wanted to name and appreciate the Allstate AC people who serviced my system but unfortunately It's been a couple of months and I'm very bad with names.
