Chris came out today to get my AC unit ready for summer. He is very friendly, polite, and courteous. This is my second time having the company come out per service agreement. I will definitely renew my agreement in the fall. Both times he has educated me on my equipment and explained everything thoroughly. I absolutely did not have the same experience with other companies. I value his opinion and appreciate his knowledge. I have an old system, so it's really important I take good care of it. Had an issue with another local company totally dropping the ball and leaving us without heat for 4 days. Finally called back and said that it was above their head and to call someone else. Called Guaranteed and they had a tech out in a matter of hours. Turns out Massaro doesn't know how to wire a thermostat and pretty much just messed up big time. Rewired everything and took the time to try and improve our air flow for us. Would recommend highly if you need service.
