The customer service is rude. They cancelled my appointment without authorization. I called to inquire about cancellation. I told the phone dispatch that I will call her back if I cancel. The dispatch took it upon herself and cancelled the service for today. S&G phone reps are unprofessional getting in the middle of a domestic issues that doesn’t have anything to do with them.

Sg heating has just installed a new furnace and air conditioner both made in the United States, that Sandy (owner) recommended to me and they are both great units as my air conditioner is running well in this heat. Sandy beat everyone's price quotes that I was given by other servicing companies. I want to take the time to thank Sandy and her technician Benny for staying most of the day to install my units. They did an excellent job in fabricating, putting in new electrical, new copper tubing with insulation on it, drilling new openings in my brick for the modifications, putting in a new thermostat, and setting up everything in my house all in one day. It was all done in a professional manner without any down time as they are very thorough in how it all comes together in putting up the units. Thank you Sandy & Benny for helping me out in a time of need especially with this heat that is upon us right now. It's very cold in my house but no complaints from my sons or my pit bulls. I give Sandy's company 5 ***** stars as I am very pleased with all the work done for a great price and with the hundreds of dollars in rebates Sandy got me for getting these units. SG HEATING AND COOLING SERVICES will be the ones I call for my heating and cooling needs.
