Refrigeration & Electric Service, Inc., was established by Jim & Jean Losey in 1949. Jim rewound electric motors, repaired refrigerators, rebuilt refrigeration compressors, and serviced appliances. Jean assisted in this and even repainted damaged appliances. Over the years, as a result of air conditioning becoming more abundant, the focus shifted to air conditioning and refrigeration work. Now, the company specializes in the installation and service of all types of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment as state certified Class A air conditioning contractors.
