No matter when I needed them either to come to the house, tell me what a code meant, parts and instructions, they were always helpful to me. I highly recommend them for your appliance repairs
We never had the service call completed because I was told they could not service the inside of the washer needing cleaning, was only offered the cleaning tablets for purchase. Doesn't do much good if the mold issue is on the underside. I would not recommend!
