Bold City Heating & Air is a family owned, state certified, heating and air conditioning company, located in Jacksonville, Florida. Our family has been in the HVAC service industry, in our hometown of Jacksonville, for two generations. What started as a one-truck operation and a vision to provide our community with quality and affordable heating and cooling services has grown into a full-team of HVAC experts with the same values and goals. After Hurricane Irma we found standing water in our crawl space under the house. The water had infiltrated our air conditioning ductwork giving us serious concern about our air quality and potential mold / mildew that could occur. Mirza and his team quickly helped me walk through the steps of what needed to be done to ensure our family's health concerns and comfort would be restored. His team worked through the weekend to get our issue resolved and new ductwork installed. They sanitized the unit and got us up and running within a few days. Amazing response to our issue after the storm. Friends, family, and co-workers shocked at how quickly we had everything corrected given the volume of homes damaged after Irma as many were still just waiting for a call back from other companies.
