We recently had an issue with our pilot light going out, which happened to coincide with the temperatures dropping into the 30s. I called Comfort and Alan scheduled an appointment same day (and even rescheduled with me as my work appointments changed throughout the day). He was prompt, courteous and professional. He explained that the problem could be 1 of 2 things: a faulty part that would be very expensive or a faulty part that could just be dirty. I braced for the worst. To my delight, he came down from the attic 15 minutes later and had fixed the problem by cleaning the pilot starter. Like a car mechanic, he could have said anything and I would have had to go along with his advice. Very grateful to have a company to trust. So inexpensive. So quick. Thanks Alan!!!

COMFORT Climate Service is THE MOST HONEST HVAC SERVICE YOU WILL FIND!!!!
28 degrees outside and Allen came immediately and had me up and running same day. I was using CLIMATEMP as a preventative maintenance company before and they are not who you want to use. Claimed to be cleaning my coils and checking my unit for efficiency. They were not!!
CLIMATEMP recommended I get a new unit for $7000. Allen is the owner of the company and recommended a good cleaning and motor replacement and I'd be up and running efficiently and a $7000 unit was not necessary. Don't call anyone other than COMFORT Climate Service.

I highly recommend Comfort Climate Service. The technician was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. All my questions were answered thoroughly. The service costs were excellent - the very best in town. I will continue to use Comfort Climate Service as my heating and air conditioning service provider. I'm considering purchasing the annual preventative maintenance / service agreement, as it will likely save me money since my unit is an older one.
