I called First Choice last Saturday after trying a couple of other places who only had a voice mail (and never called me back) to find a pleasant and helpful voice on the other end of the phone. I needed to set up an appointment for a tune-up, but discovered all of a sudden, that my AC wasn't working after turning it on for the first time this year. They sent out a technician 2 hours later at 5pm for a tune-up for the price of their special that I found on their website and didn't consider it an emergency call. When Atilla & Sylvester arrived, they were very pleasant, clean, and well-mannered. They told me that they couldn't do anything to fix my problem because I was going to have to have an electrician come out first to see if a certain problem could be fixed, but they nevertheless, sealed a leak on the roof unit. They were patient, thorough, and very up front and honest about my predicament and DIDN'T CHARGE ME A CENT! I have gotten the electrical problem fixed and will be calling them to service my AC. And because they have gotten my trust, they will also be my first call when I replace an entire AC unit on another house in a couple of months.
