We're a fun group of people dedicated to the hardscape industry and customer satisfaction. The owner of the company, Mark Rhodus, started in the industry at a young age working for the very first concrete paver contractor in the country. After spending several years working on large scale commercial and hi-end residential projects, Mark and his brother decided to start their own company (Two Brothers Brick Paving). That company now is one of the largest and most reputable outdoor living companies in the Dayton, Cincinnati and Columbus Ohio area.

The Perfect Paver Co specializes in the restoration and repair of brick and concrete paver patios, driveways and sidewalks. Perfect Paver Co is a subsidiary of a local high-end paver installation company that is one of the largest and most reputable in Ohio. We started Perfect Paver Co because we saw the growing demand for repair of incorrectly installed pavers and our installation company could not effectively take on these smaller projects because of the size of our crews and equipment. Our high level of experience and expertise has made us highly effective at diagnosing and repairing paver patios and driveways.

Paver sealing is the main service we offer here at the Perfect Paver Co. Our sister company, Two Brothers Brick Paving, has always stood by the fact that pavers look their best, are the easiest to maintain and last the longest when cleaned and sealed on a regular basis (once every 2-3 years depending on use). We started the Perfect Paver Co because we couldn't cost effectively clean and seal paver patios with Two Brothers Brick Paving's large new installation crews. In addition, we feel that most paver owners aren't properly educated at the time of installation about the proper maintenance required to achieve the longest lifespan from pavers.

Dirt, grime, moss and other unwanted contaminants can leave your concrete driveway and sidewalks looking dingy. The Perfect Paver Co uses specialized pressure washing equipment designed to cut through the toughest grime without damaging your concrete or using harmful chemicals. We utilize hot water pressure washing equipment that blasts away dirt, oil and grime and leaves concrete looking like new again. It is strongly recommended that stamped concrete be sealed shortly after installation and every few years. Stamped concrete that has been sealed will have a rich color and sheen. There are glossy and natural looking sealers. We usually recommend more the natural or satin looking sealers as they last longer and look more natural. Sealing stamped concrete will help keep the color locked in. Sealers have protection from UV rays, which fade the colors in stamped concrete. Once a sealer wares off, usually in a few years, your concrete looses the protection.

At the Perfect Paver Co, we're more than a company that cleans pavers. We started out installing pavers and our sister company is one of the largest paver installation companies in Ohio. So, when we started the Perfect Paver Co, we combined everything we know about the proper installation of pavers with everything we know about the proper care. We understand how the entire interlocking paver system works giving us the ability to provide the proper care and steps to correctly restore and protect them.

Perfect Paver Co offers pressure cleaning (pressure washing) services. Our current locations include Columbus and Dayton, Ohio. Our crews utilize specialized pressure cleaning equipment. Our pressure washers are truck mounted, and heat the water up to 250 degrees. The hot water pressure washing eliminate the need for harsh chemicals. We also utilize rotating surface cleaners that clean surfaces like concrete, asphalt, pavers and many other hard surfaces without damaging the surface or leaving swirl marks typically caused by cleaning with a traditional pressure washing hand held wand.
