Paul Beckfeld started PK Property Services in 1996 after being in the cleaning industry for 11 years. Upon realizing that he could provide better customer service and more in-depth cleaning solutions, he set out to raise customers' expectations of the cleaning industry. Beginning as a one-person team, where he sold cleaning supplies by day and cleaned facilities by night, Paul has grown PK Property Services to more than 100 employees with industry-leading equipment, supplies, vans, trucks, and snowplows.

Paul Beckfeld is the owner and founder of PK Property Services. Since 1996, Paul has grown PK by providing excellent products services to the market creating long lasting partnerships and relationships along the way. Andrew's been in the commercial building services and maintenance industry for 10 years. Specializes in growing partnerships and building maintenance contracts. Spent 3 years in commercial HVAC, 2 years in the Bakken oilfield selling and delivering maintenance products and most current, 5 years in commercial cleaning/property maintenance and as the current CMO for PK Property Services building and growing sales and partnerships.
