A. Lindoo Building Maintenance is a Fifty-nine year old janitorial cleaning service that has been serving the commercial offices in the Aurora, North Aurora, Batavia, Montgomery and Oswego areas. We currently clean approximately 20 buildings in the Aurora, Illinois area and employ over 30 people. We do not spread ourselves out all over the Chicago suburbs. We keep to the Aurora area so that we can spend time in this area and concentrate on serving our local cleaning customers better. We specialize in daily office cleaning, but also clean smaller places, once, twice or three times a week.
It all started in 1958, Robert Lindoo's full time job was in the maintenance department at the Aurora Beacon News. The editor of the Aurora Beacon News once said "you have so much ambition, you should start your own cleaning service." These words were the start of A. Lindoo Building Maintenance. That spring there was a new bank building being built on Aurora's west side. It's name was Improvement Federal Savings and Loan Association. It was the first cleaning contract bid made by A. Lindoo Building Maintenance and the first awarded to us, thanks to the late Frank Muneo at Improvement Federal who liked to see new businesses get started.

Cleaning some windows at a new job this chilly morning. I haven't seen any this dirty for a long time. Looks like they haven't been done in five years.

Yeah, I kind of thought so. Nobody is picking it up off a toilet seat! BUT, we clean them anyway.
