Rawlings Heating & Cooling is your one-stop source for sales, installation, service, and repairs of residential and commercial heating and air-conditioning systems. During those hot summer months and long winters, it's crucial that your temperature control systems are in prime working order, which is why we offer emergency services.
John Rawlings got his start in the heating and cooling business when a neighbor asked John to help him out for a few hours. John stayed with that company for 11 years. He then started Rawlings Heating & Cooling. Rawlings Heating & Cooling is a family business. John's sisters, Brenda Scholl and Sue Brown, work in the office. Brenda has been with Rawlings for 30 years and Sue for 22 years. Rawlings Heating & Cooling team members are committed to taking care of each and every one of their customers.
As a special service for our customers, Rawlings Heating & Cooling has developed a "Preferred Maintenance Program (PMP)". This yearly program includes one furnace maintenance and one air conditioner maintenance. In addition to the maintenance, you will also get a 10% discount on parts and labor should you need any repairs. You will receive a postcard to remind you to call schedule these maintenances so you do not have to remember. You will have the peace of mind that a properly maintained system provides.
Your Air Conditioner or Furnace can't tell time, so there's a good chance that when they break down, it won't be during Business Hours. That's why we offer Emergency Repair Service. Our seasoned team of comfort specialists will be on their way to your home whenever you need them, day or night, weekday or weekend. If you need assistance now. Call us at 1-734-847-0120 or 1-419-292-0332. We recommend annual air conditioning check-ups in the spring and furnace check-ups every fall. Although regular maintenances will not absolutely guarantee that a unit will continue to work perfectly throughout the season, they will reveal most small problems that can lead to major, far more expensive problems if left unattended.

This has been shared by many people and it is definitely great advise. Wi th all of the snow we have gotten please make sure your exhaust vents for your furnace, hot water heater, and any other appliances are clear. If they become blocked by snow they can cause deadly carbon monoxide to build up in your house.
Susan from Ottawa Lake had these kind words to share: My furnace was leaking gas and carbon monoxide. The tech arrived almost in minutes after I called. They immediately found the problem. Gave me options regarding situation. They were able to install a new furnace within 24 hours. Impressive! Thank you Susan
