We are proud of our team members, who are experienced, honest, and worthy of your business. We feel that if you know a little more about them, you will feel more comfortable trusting us to take care of your problem. As a mom-and-pop shop, we are fortunate to have the opportunity tohave a direct, positive impact on our employees and our community. We know that a broken heating or cooling system can be a really stressful situation, and we welcome the chance to help our clients get back on track. We are completely committed to providing excellent service at a reasonable price.
We will work with your architects, clients, and engineers to design energy efficient HVAC systems that affordably address all your project's practical and aesthetic concerns. We provide a high-level, well-planned construction experience because it's the right thing to do, we have the ability and expertise to do it, and we live in a house too. We also work in an office.
Regular inspections and proper maintenance are crucial to keeping yourunits running smoothly and providing your family with comfort all year-round. They can also catch small problems before they become large ones. Inspections are generally scheduled twice a year inSpring andFall, during normal business hours. We want to make sure your heating and cooling system is running as efficiently as possible. We'll check your AC in the Spring and your heater in the Fall.
We know a broken heating or cooling unit causes a stressful situation. We will do everything we can to repair your system quickly and affordably, and we will never recommend a new system unless it is absolutely necessary. If you do need a new system, you can be sure we will carefully evaluate your needs and give you the right options, backed by 5-10 year warranties for your peace of mind. We will never use high-pressure sales tactics (we hate that). It's a major problem that is pointless to pay to fix- usually because the replacement part is really expensive, your system is so old something else major is going to break soon, or you have a system that uses R-22, an old refrigerant that is being phased out.
Our AC went out today, the hottest day of the year (106 degrees). Steve, who is an absolute genius, figured out the problem and got us going again in less than an hour. We're naming our first born after him! :)
My system is 12 years old and for the past couple years another company kept pushing me to replace my AC "Its going to fail soon, you should upgrade now and get the efficiency savings". When my house started getting warm this spring I called Indoor Weather Professionals - they were polite on the phone, called ahead 30min to give me time to leave work and get home, and diagnosed the problem as my evaporator coil - replaced for less than 1/5th the cost of a new system. They looked over my condenser/ compressor and heater unit and said they were in good shape - no pressure to add extra work I didn't need. While doing the work they also noticed a small leak in my gas service from the city and helped me get it fixed with the utility - great technicians! Honest service with professional staff - will definitely use them the next time I need work. They also registered my new coil with the manufacturer so I get full benefit of the 10-year parts warranty (I never fill out those registration cards.) - great customer service!
The tech showed up on time, just an hour and a half after I called. He immediately diagnosed the problem and made the repair in just 30 minutes. I.
